Jayant Kadge is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and the Founder of J B Kadge & Co., a Mumbai-based professional services firm established in 2005. With over two decades of experience in audit, taxation, compliance, and business advisory, he has been instrumental in helping organizations strengthen their financial systems and internal controls. Known for his practical approach and strong governance perspective, CA Jayant Kadge works closely with entrepreneurs and corporates to enhance operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive sustainable business growth.

Sachin Mohite is the Taxation Head of the firm and has been associated with the organization since 2016. An Inter-CA and M.Com graduate, he brings strong expertise in direct and indirect taxation, compliance, and advisory services. He currently oversees the Mumbai region operations, leading a dedicated team and ensuring seamless client servicing. He is also actively representing the firm as a member of BNI Royals for the past three years, strengthening professional networks and business relationships.
